o/d refers to shots featuring office or luxurious dinner (I ran out of advanced mode buttons, so had to squeeze these two sets in one  category). Elev means elevator, wheat means pit where the king of the wheat dies. Stock = stock exchange (called "pit" in the intertitles, a word play, I guess), house = exterior of the house at the countryside where the peasant meets his wife and daughter.
